Anchored in Chaos is an environment curated by Liz Herl to conduct candid, considerate and creative conversation about mental health. Being a licensed clinical and family therapist for almost a decade, Liz realized that the crux of every impediment, challenge upon which the wellness of an individual predicates is Mental Health.
Liz began her professional career in working with her Human Services-Psychology B.S. in a variety of facets throughout agencies and communities. Liz then expanded her knowledge completing her Master of Science in Family Therapy in 2015, beginning her individual private practice. As she continues to serve the community around her the desire to help more became a passion that evolved into the Anchored in Chaos podcast.
The Liz Herl podcast aims to inform adults dealing with traumas, anxieties fears and people in an impasse with friends, family or children with the insights and practices that can help identify pain points and solve problems.
Co-hosted by Dr. Timothy Caldwell
Holds two bachelors: a Bachelor of Cell Biology and a Bachelor of Human Anatomy. Reinforcing his education, he has acquired a Doctorate in Chiropractic and pursued Advanced Studies in Neurology and Brain Psychology. With this expansive school of knowledge, technical and emotional understanding of the brain and human body, and his practical experience in challenging professions. He is also a veteran in serving the US Navy and The State Guard. In combination with his education has garnered more specific and technical information about how the body heals, works, and responds and how the mind evolves, understands, and reacts. In addition, He has served as an Athlete Trainer in creating his business Genuine Effort in 1987, which he now owns, where he uses all that he has learned to help young athletes turn pro. This only serves to prove that whatever wisdom he has to share isn’t just motivational pep talk; it is practical, workable, and useful knowledge that will help you.
In fusing the two Liz and Dr. Caldwell, create and share actionable plans, tips, and suggestions for people who are finding it difficult to break free from the clutter of ordinary life. In the collaborations of these two professionals working together really is sharing HOW TO MAKE MY BODY AND BRAIN WORK TOGETHER?
